How the Hope Harvest Fundraiser Works

The program was designed to make fundraising easier for organizers, teachers, leaders and volunteers.

Whether your group wants to sell directly with cashews on hand or collect orders first, the process is simple, flexible and supported with ready-to-use materials.

Simple to run. Easy to sell. Built for real impact.

Register

Register your school, class, team, club or community group at hopeharvest.ca.

During registration, you’ll provide basic fundraiser details, including your campaign dates and whether your group plans to:

  • Sell directly with cashews in hand
  • Collect orders first and receive product after the fundraiser

For direct-sale campaigns, the minimum order is 3 cases, or 60 x 100g bags. Direct-sale orders include free shipping.

Launch Your Campaign

Introduce the fundraiser and prizing options to your students or participants using the fundraiser-facing video and campaign materials.

Students can begin selling to:

  • Family members
  • Friends
  • Neighbours
  • Church members
  • Coworkers
  • Community supporters

Encourage participants to share why they are fundraising and what their group is raising money for.

Submit Your Final Order

At the end of your campaign, collect final order forms and payments, then submit your group’s order.

Once your order is processed, Hope Harvest will ship the cashews and any applicable prizes directly to your school or organization.

Direct Sale vs. Order Collection

Direct Sale

Best for groups that want to have product available right away.

Your group purchases cashews in advance and sells them directly to supporters. This works well for events, school pick-up areas, church lobbies, sports tournaments, open houses and community gatherings.

Order Collection

Best for groups that want to collect orders before receiving product.

Participants take orders during the campaign, collect payments and submit final order totals. Cashews are then shipped to your school or organization for distribution.

Hybrid Option

You can choose to order some cashews up front for direct sales, and then submit your final order when the fundraiser is complete.
